At Fromal TTBAMTH Distiller, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable regulations, we generally do not accept returns once items have been shipped. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

1. Non-Returnable Items

• All alcohol sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped or delivered.

• Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

• We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect product for verification.

• Eligible cases may result in a refund, store credit, or replacement, at our discretion.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, Stripe, or TTBMATH Coin).

• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
