Services are provided as-is, and TTBMATH makes no warranties regarding uptime, security, or accuracy. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including alcohol regulations, cryptocurrency regulations, and local jurisdictions.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or using services. Businesses must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, private keys, and wallets. TTBMATH is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence or compromise of account credentials.
Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, digital wallets, Stripe, and TTBMATH Coin. Blockchain-based transactions are irreversible; TTBMATH is not responsible for user mistakes, lost tokens, or misdirected payments. Users assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency and NFT transactions, including volatility and tax obligations.
The ERP module provides tools for procurement, inventory management, accounts, HR, and reporting. Distributors are solely responsible for accurate data entry, legal compliance, and operational decisions. TTBMATH provides the ERP as software-as-a-service and is not liable for errors, downtime, or misreporting. Integrations with third-party software (QuickBooks, Zoho, logistics platforms) are supported, but users are responsible for proper configuration and use.
Sellers are responsible for the authenticity and legality of their products. Shipping is handled by sellers or third-party logistics providers, and TTBMATH is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or compliance with local regulations. Refunds for physical products are limited; NFT or TTBMATH Coin transactions are final.
Digital gifts, including NFTs or TTBMATH Coins, are non-refundable unless a platform error occurs. Gifts must comply with age restrictions and may be non-transferable unless explicitly allowed. Users assume all risks related to digital gifts and are responsible for securing access to their accounts and wallets.
TTBMATH Coin is a utility token used for transactions, loyalty rewards, NFT trading, auctions, and platform functionality. It may be purchased with fiat or other cryptocurrencies. Users assume all risks associated with wallet security, token volatility, lost tokens, and tax obligations. TTBMATH is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of TTBMATH Coin.
TTBMATH's community modules, including forums, chat, or comment sections, allow users to interact. Users must not engage in harassment, illegal activity, spam, or fraud. TTBMATH may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. User content may be publicly visible, and users are solely responsible for the content they post.
All content, logos, images, text, software, and digital assets on the platform are owned by TTBMATH or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited. NFTs or other digital assets do not convey intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or illegal activities. Termination does not relieve users from obligations incurred prior to termination.
